Having gained a significant place in the private sector by taking considerable steps in the domestic industry, Toprak Holding has resolved to gain presence in the tourism sector as well, and consequently carried out restoration works, in the form of a daily complex, of the historical buildings located at an area of 2.631 square meters in Selçuk / Kaleiçi, Antalya leased from the Ministry of Tourism in 1995 for a period of 49 years by way of allotment through the Tourism Enterprises Company founded for this purpose, and put this complex in service of Turkish and Antalya Tourism under the name of “Toprak Secret Garden” in June 2000.

Furthermore, the daily facility named “Toprak Restaurant Pub & Café”, located within the Toprak Show Center Building in Eskişehir Organized Industrial Zone, has been in use successfully since June 1998.

Construction Works of “Sarıkamış Toprak Hotel”, a five-star hotel located in the region of Cıbıltepe / Sarıkamış hired for 49 years from the Ministry of Tourism, were commenced in 1999. After a period of cessation of two years, construction works were resumed in 2003, and Sarıkamış Toprak Hotel was put into service in September 2005.
