Toprak Holding

	Toprak Holding's land located in Kucuk Camlica, İstanbul at an area of 73.5 acres was sold to one of the world's leading property developers Emaar Properties in Dubai for USD 402 Million. The proceeds from the sale of the land were used to pay back all our group's remaining debts to Is Bank and Savings Deposit and Insurance Fund (SDIF).
	The Plaque Granted to Our Eskişehir Tile Factory in Return for Employing Handicapped People In promotion of “Handicapped Awareness Week”, the honorable Dr. M. Tacettin SARIOĞLU, the Mayor of Tepebaşı, and his Delegation paid a visit to our factory. They offered their thanks and appreciation for the employment opportunities provided by Toprak Eskişehir Tile Factory to Handicapped People.
	Nazmiye Vural Honorary Ceramic Award Ceremony Ms. Nazmiye VURAL, the General Manager of the Ceramic Group, was presented with the “HONORARY CERAMIC AWARD” by the Ceramic Federation at the UNICERE 2005 Ceramic and Bathroom Fair.
